The Helsinki Art Museum HAM manages the Helsinki residents' own art collection, which contains over 9,000 artworks. Nearly half of the collection is, to the delight of residents, placed in parks, on streets, in government offices, health centers, schools, and libraries. The exhibitions organized by HAM in Tennispalatsi focus on Finnish and international modern and contemporary art.
