Looking for a new way to move and challenge yourself? Join our low-threshold karate sessions and discover the basics of karate in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere — no previous experience needed!

📅 Schedule: 

• Sat 22 Aug | 11:00–12:30 (children 7–14 yrs) 
• Sat 22 Aug | 12:30–14:00 (adults 15+) 

➡️ Please arrive 15 minutes before your session starts 

👊 What to expect? 
A fun and easy introduction to karate with guided exercises — perfect for beginners! 

👟 Bring comfortable sportswear (e.g. sweatpants and a t-shirt) and Water bottle 

➡️ Training is done barefoot

Bushido Karate School offers high‑quality, safe and long‑term karate training in the Oulu region for both adults and younger students.
