Ouluhalli is a versatile sports arena maintained by the City of Oulu’s Sports Services, located in the Raksila district near the city centre. Completed in 1986, the hall is known for its iconic circular original section with a diameter of 115 metres.

Ouluhalli hosts annual Finnish Championship events in various ball sports, as well as European Championship competitions in sports such as wrestling and volleyball. At the world‑championship level, the hall is a venue for indoor archery.

Renovated in 2020 and expanded in 2021, Ouluhalli now features a 1,775 m² multipurpose hall offering top‑level facilities for volleyball, basketball and futsal. The building also includes a 70‑metre running track, a nearly 400 m² gym, and dedicated spaces for dance, gymnastics and martial arts.
