Once a garrison, Kulttuurikasarmi is a grand 19th-century brick building at the edge of Helsinki's city centre — its military past exchanged for a new discipline: culture. At ODDfest, it hosts ODDference on June 11–12: the professional conference where business leaders, founders, and policymakers sit down with the people actually shaping the creative world, and talk seriously about what happens next.
