Oulun Power Team (OPT) is the powerhouse of strength sports in Oulu — a community where training is focused, supportive and inspiring. Founded in 2002, OPT has grown into Finland’s largest club by number of licensed lifters, representing a wide range of ages in powerlifting, bench press and pull‑ups across both men’s and women’s divisions.
