At First Blush offers a glimpse into Lokal’s summer exhibition programme and explores the feeling of new beginnings. Inspired by the emotions that arise when encountering new love, witnessing the awakening of a season, or discovering a fresh artistic direction, the exhibition celebrates the annual miracle of life blossoming in late spring and early summer.

The exhibition brings together contemporary art, refined craftsmanship, and collectible design in a series of interconnected worlds and artistic ensembles. Through diverse materials, techniques, and perspectives, the participating artists explore growth, transformation, beauty, and renewal.
