Tour of the Renaissance Castle

On this tour, you will explore the halls and chambers of the Main Castle’s Renaissance floor. The guide takes you through the entire Renaissance level, one room at a time. To learn more about a particular room, select the icon labelled with that room’s name.

After reading the information about the room, return to this Tour of the Renaissance Castle home screen and select the next room.

To proceed along the route, follow the signs in the rooms and read any directional instructions provided in this guide between the room-specific icons.

Please note: The numbers displayed on the walls of the rooms along the route differ from the numbering used in this guide.

To begin the tour, proceed to the Great Staircase Tower and follow the stairs up to the Wooden Bridge.

Next, continue to the Castle Church via the Great Staircase Tower.

Continue your tour through the small hallway to the adjacent Queen's Hall.

Continue your tour of the main castle by ascending the spiral staircase to the upper floor.

Next, continue your tour to the exhibition halls on the attic floor of the Main Castle.
